Návrh zefektivnění procesu plánování výroby ve společnosti VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s.

Abstract

Master thesis deals with some solution, which focuses on more continuous production in company VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s. Firstly we will find teoretical pages about production planning, stocks and process of rolling. Then follows practical part, which starts with production planning in company – from acceptance of the order until order’s admission in production. Nextis SWOT analysis and continues Ishikawa diagram, which is about continuous production and its factors with negative effect. After that there are some designs help to more continuous production. This is thanks innovation, extensiver portfolio of supplier and more stocks in warehouse. In final part there are evaluation a comparing their benefit and utilization between them.
