Abstract

This thesis focuses on the evaluation of safety risk for employees on an assembly line using automatic, semi-automatic equipment in cooperation with the operator. Significant scope has been devoted to collaborative conveyors. Their development and integration into the investigated work process is described. The work presented includes a checklist, an BOZP assessment using a simple scoring method, a proposal for safety measures to minimize occupational hazards in the assembly line, as well as indicated measures to reduce occupational hazards in a specific workplace. Any identified safety hazards will be addressed in the form of recommended actions to eliminate them.
