Administrativní budova v pasivním standardu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem administrativní budovy, splňující požadavky pasivní výstavby dle platných norem ČR a zároveň požadavky na zachování tepelné pohody vnitřního prostředí staveb. Objekt je dvoupodlažní s plochou střechou, nosnou konstrukcí je prefabrikovaný železobetonový skelet. Půdorys budovy je obdélníkového tvaru. Pro objekt je navrženo teplovzdušné vytápění a nucené větrání s rekuperací tepla pomocí vzduchotechnické jednotky. Součástí práce je technická zpráva, popisující stavebně-konstrukční řešení stavby, technická zpráva ke vzduchotechnickému zařízení objektu a tepelně – technických vlastností jednotlivých konstrukcí a detailů.

This thesis describes the design of an office building, which fullfills the requirements of passive construction by valid standards of Czech Republic and aslo requirements for maintaining thermal comfort of the internal environment of buildings. The building has two floors with a flat roof. The supporting structure is prefabricated concrete skeleton. Floor plan of the building has a rectangular shape. For the building is designed air heating and forced ventilation with heat recovery through air handling unit. Part of this thesis is a technical report describing the construction and design of the building, a technical report to ventilation devices of the building and also thermal - technical characteristics of each structure and details.
