Abstract
Thesis is to deal with the web analysis of e-shop www.qrshop.cz. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the turnout of the online store for the purpose of increase traffic, conversion rate and sales e-shop. The work is divide to the theoretical and practical section. First part focused for theoretical possibilities of the web analysis and optimalization e-shop. Further author focuses e-shop from perspective of macro and micro environment. Practical part is focused on the web analysis of an e-shop. Web analytics made by observation method. Tool, which are used in the research, is Google Analytics. For e-shop was suggested specific recommendation.
