The bachelor thesis deals with analysis of market structure hotel Czech Republic, therefore segment, which benefits from tourism.
The theoretical chapter describes the general types of market structures and their properties and deals with subjects of this market structure. There are described the macroeconomic and microeconomic factors that affects the structure of the hotels and analyzed the operation of hotel facilities in the theoretic part of the thesis.
The practical part focuses on the analysis of subjects engaged in hotel services and an analysis of market structure characteristics of lodging industry, so that it can ultimately determine its type. This thesis gives to readers a clear and comprehensive view of the development, which the hotel is undergoing. The author describes instruments that can increase the competitiveness of companies in this sector considering the decline in demand for hotel services.
A large part is devoted to the integration process within the international hotel groups, which gradually fills a growing market place. The research is focused on the demand for hotel services and the aspects that affect it. The practical part describes the hotel's customer segments, and outlines the marketing opportunities in the hotel. This work thesis should enriche by valuable information both the hotel owners, and any reader who is interested in learning more about the companies, whose services he might just use on a vacation.
