Pasívny rodinný dom – zdravotnotechnické inštalácie so spätným využitím dažďových vôd

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a passive family house with an emphasis on sanitary installations and the reuse of rainwater. The building is located in Ostrava–Krásné Pole and is designed as a two-storey structure without a basement, featuring a recessed upper floor and two types of flat roofs – a green roof and a roof with waterproofing membrane. The structural system is based on brick masonry using the Porotherm system. The thesis includes the design and dimensioning of the internal water supply system, wastewater and stormwater drainage, hot water source, and a rainwater harvesting and infiltration system. The final part of the thesis evaluates the economic efficiency of the proposed technical solution.
