Abstract

Bachelor Thesis zooms the licensing policy to the computer software, the most used types of licenses and their next practical application. Further it deals with analysis of software management in the company KOVOSREAL s.r.o., which is in a given state unacceptable. It notes the possible problems and consequences at violations of the copyright law and of the licensing policy. The aim of the thesis is to propose solutions of this situation, the creation of documentation and of methodology for implementation of internal records for the software equipment.
