Abstract

This diploma thesis is contenting parameters of system Emergency call center in Czech republic. Work is deal with implementation of the single europian emergency call numer 112 in Czech. There is also description of historical development of servise and the final situation today. In next chapters are establishments of system „Call center“ insetting of integration rescue system in Czech. Is needed make result information sources which one are really important for easy performance of „Call center“.In the final stage of work is descript of improvements in „Call center“technology and optimalization of duty for Citizen in emergency situation.
