Abstract

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of two fitness centers namely the Top Fitness XXL and Pure Jatomi Fitness Forum Nová Karolina. In the first part of this work are define theoretical concepts in connection with this issue. The second part deals with the characteristics of fitness centers and his comparison of price strategy, marketing communications and is here applied SWOT analysis. The last part of this work summarizes the results of investigation with economic evaluation and proposed recommendation to streamline service offerings of fitness centers.
