The topic of the diploma thesis deals with the compilation of a part of the project documentation of an apartment building in Kroměříž for the stage of construction (DPS) according to Decree 499/2006 Coll. as amended by No. 405/2017 Coll. on construction documentation. The building is located in a quiet part of Kroměříž with good transport services. It is a basement three-storey building with a flat roof. The apartment building offers civic amenities and a doctor's office on the first floor. The construction of the building is partly a reinforced concrete monolith and the upper floors are made of porotherm masonry. [27] The building is designed to harmonize with the environment and be environmentally friendly. For this reason, a photovoltaic power plant is being considered on the roof and the building is not insulated.
