Abstract

This master's thesis examines and evaluates employee benefits at a selected employer, emphasizing their impact on employee satisfaction and performance. The author underscores the growing significance of employee benefits in a dynamic business environment and their crucial role in company strategies to attract and retain qualified employees. Considering recent changes in the legal framework and taxation of employee benefits, the topic is enriched with an exemplification of the impacts of these new regulations. The author of this thesis, Bc. Jiří Martinek, comes from the field of business economics and law, which motivates him to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of employee benefits in modern business. The work focuses on a comprehensive view of various aspects and factors associated with the provision and utilization of employee benefits while remaining anonymous regarding the specific employer. The thesis structure includes a detailed analysis of the legal regulation of employee benefits, a comparison with competitors, and subsequent evaluation of the impacts on satisfaction and efficiency within the organization. The research methodology combines literature review, analysis, observation and qualitative interview. Through this approach, the author intends to provide a comprehensive perspective on the issue of employee benefits and their impact on the corporate environment. The goal of this master's thesis is not only to analyze the current state and offering of employee benefits but also to examine new legal provisions and their impacts on businesses and employees. We believe that the results of this work will provide valuable information for both companies and the academic community, contributing to a better understanding of the complex relationship between employee benefits and the success of organizations in the job market.
