Abstract

The subject of the work "Analysis of Wages and Employee Benefits in Selected Business Company" is the theoretical definition of wages and employee benefits and the analysis of the given issue in selected company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the satisfaction of employees according to the obtained data on the basis of a questionnaire survey, an analysis of the related costs from the point of view of the employer and proposing a possible improvement in remuneration and motivation of employees.
