Využití kreativních metod řešení problémů v oblasti managementu kvality

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on methods and techniques that are useful in solving problems in organizations. Based on a questionnaire survey in the work, the techniques commonly used by quality managers and creativity and innovation managers were compared. The diploma thesis is a starting point for the study of creative methods of problem solving for all managers. Knowledge of the techniques that are described in this work will allow managers to respond to problems in much more detail and faster.
