Abstract
The thesis is focused to overall assesstment of performance of construction company. Company is evaluated from four perspectives, financial, customer, process, learning and growth. In the thesis are used: vertical analysis, horizontal analysis, ratio analysis, bankruptcy models, credibility models. In the end was designed steps for improve performance of company.
