Abstract

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is establishment of fictitious company with the legal form of business "company with limited liability" and creation of its business plan. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are defined the basic concepts of business such as: enterprise, entrepreneur, enterprise. There are the types of enterprises, definitions and benefits of socially responsible business, prerequisites of successful entrepreneur, barriers to enterprise and entrepreneurial risk. Great attention is paid to small and medium-sized enterprises, in terms of their importance, benefit and support. Conclusion of the theoretical part discusses the choice of legal form of business with the greatest emphasis on the company with limited liability. In the practical part is introduced fictitious company with limited liability and there are described in detail the various steps of establishing with time and material continuity. At the end, business plan of fictitious company is created. Part of the business plan includes also financial plan.
