Abstract
The diploma thesis prepares a project for joint permission for construction of the complex in Hrachovec. The building consists of four above-ground floors. Part of the assignment is the design of a variant of the circumferential shell. A technological procedure, a schedule and an item budget are developed for the selected variant of the envelope. The aim of the thesis is to compare the proposed peripheral construction of the masonry system with a ventilated facade.
