Abstract
This bachelor thesis analyzes the turbine and differential sensor for measuring spirometry. The thesis consists of two parts.
The first part is focused to get familiar with ventilation, different methods of lung function tests and a detailed description of spirometry with a list of measured parameters using this examination and the values of these parameters. The following is a description of the flow sensors, which can be used in detecting pulmonary function system.
The second part focuses on the proposal realization and realization two spirometers constructed with a turbine sensor and subsequently with a differential sensor. After making two spirometer was possible to begin to implement the software in Labview. Developed software for connecting to virtual instrumentation Elvis with the two spirometers, is used to view spirometry waveform, finding wanted pulmonary ventilation parameters and saving measurement in the respective format to a file.
