Bydlení pro seniory v Petřkovicích

Cieľom diplomovej práce je návrh nového mestského bývania v prostredí centra mestskeho obvodu Ptťkovice, so zameraním na doplnenie existujúcich urbanistických štruktúr a rozšírenie centrálnej zóny. Návrh vychádza z dlhodobého zámeru samosprávy na dostavbu prolúk v okolí námestia a posilnenie významu centra. Architektonická časť práce rieši návrh bytového domu určeného pre seniorov, ktorý reaguje na potreby starnúcej populácie a zároveň vhodne dopĺňa existujúce prostredie z hľadiska mierky, funkcie a architektonického výrazu.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to design new urban housing in the central area of the municipal district of Petřkovice, focusing on completing existing urban structures and expanding the central zone. The proposal is based on the long-term intention of the local municipality to fill vacant plots around the square and strengthen the importance of the center.The architectural part of the thesis addresses the design of a residential building intended for seniors, responding to the needs of an aging population while appropriately complementing the existing environment in terms of scale, function, and architectural expression.
