Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify space for improving management tools, that are used for sales team performance management, and to suggest optimization for these tools. Within this bachelor thesis is introduced the company, in whose conditions the topic of bachelor thesis is processed. Chapter of theoretical background is dedicated to marketing research, its preparation and realization. Next part of this chapter is dedicated to team management, motivation and rewards. Practical part contains analysis of current state of management tools in the company, preparation of marketing research, analysis of acquired information and evaluation of research hypotheses. Then, based on outputs of marketing research and information from current state analysis, there are mentioned particular suggestions for optimization.
