Datová analýza a vizualizace studijních aktivit studentů

Abstract

Lately the number of people using eLerning systems for study is grooving. With this rises demand for the quality of the courses. One of the options for improving curses quality is through analysis of data from student activities during course. Before we can analyze this data, we need to visualize them digestedly. Visualization of student data is main aspect of this work. My goal is to introduce reader to actually used methods in eLerning data visualization and describe their benefits and disadvantages. The next section of my work I devote to research of new methods for visualizing hierarchical data from eLerning systems. This part is mainly focused on visualization in hyperbolical spaces and is showing benefits of this approach.
