Využití analytické elektronové mikroskopie v materiálovém inženýrství

Abstract

The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with the basic principles of scanning electron microscopy, X-ray spectral microanalysis of EDS, WDS and basic applications of scanning electron microscopy in the characterization of technical materials. In the experimental part, there is an EDS analysis of the chemical composition of four differently processed types of blast furnace slag, including detailed depictions of their surfaces and determination of non-metallic inclusions in two steel grades.
