Abstract
The topic of my diploma thesis was to analysis of expansion into the Polish Market. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the Polish market and to analyze the Polish market environment in connection with the strategic intentions of the company and to assess the possibilities of expansion to this market. The analysis was performed on a cleaning service company.
