Analýza týmové práce v podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce na téma analýza týmové práce v podniku, je prováděna ve společnosti Kooperativa, a.s. Vienna Insurance Group. Cílem práce je zjistit, kde přesně vznikají problémy a zda v organizaci týmová práce funguje. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je definována charakteristika, sestavení a vedení týmu, týmová práce, teambuilding a metody analýzy týmové práce. Praktická část zahrnuje metodickou stránku práce, ve které je provedena analýza týmové práce pomocí metod kvantitativního výzkumu. Na základě výsledků této praktické části byly provedeny návrhy a doporučení pro zmíněnou společnost.

This bachelor thesis about analysis of teamwork in a company is applied on Kooperativa, a.s. Vienna Insurance Group. The main goal of this thesis is to detect where the problems arise and if there is active teamwork within the organization. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part defines team characteristics, compilation and management, teamwork, teambuilding and methods of teamwork analysis. Practical part includes methodical part, in which the teamwork analysis is performed using quantitative research methods. Based on the results of the practical part I created suggestions and recommendations for the forenamed company.
