Abstract

In the thesis deals with individual methods and utilization of waste from the pharmaceutical industry. Most of this waste is disposed of in incinerators or landfill of hazardous waste, so I chose cytostatics waste that ends up in wastewater and have a negative impact on the entire ecosystem and the environment. The introduction deals with the basic division of its waste recovery, processing and handling. Furthermore, I deal with applicable legislation and sorting waste. The second part is devoted to main problems of hazardous waste (cytostatics), their risks and their impact on the environment.
