Abstract
This thesis is professed focus on personal bankruptcy and its economic impact on the debtor. The theoretical part analyzes the insolvency law, insolvency proceedings and entities acting in it and the basic concepts associated with the institution of debt relief and the causes and teh consequences of the over-indebtedness. The practical part includes analysis of debt relief will evaluate during years 2015 and 2016.
