Postavení transnacionálních korporací v procesu globalizace

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením transnacionálních korporací v procesu globalizace a možnostmi jejich regulace ze strany Evropské unie, a to na příkladu Royal Dutch Shell. V teoretické části nabízí popis globalizace a transnacionální korporace jako jednoho z účastníků globalizačních procesů. Další kapitola nám poukazuje na možnosti regulace transnacionálních korporací. Poslední praktická část obsahuje příklad jedné vybrané transnacionální korporace Royal Dutch Shell a její regulaci ze strany Evropské unie.

Bachelor thesis deals with the position of transnational corporations in the globalization process and the possibilities of their regulation by the European Union, for example, Royal Dutch Shell. The theoretical part provides a description of globalization and transnational corporations as one of the participants in globalization process. The next chapter shows us the possibility of regulation of transnational corporations. The last section provides a practical example of a selected transnational corporations Royal Dutch Shell and its regulation by the European Union.
