Návrh dostavby proluky na ul. V. Nezvala v Třebíči

Abstract

The aim of thesis is to propose completion corner vacant lot in central part the City of Třebíč. The area of interest is located in an urban conservation zone and in the immediate vicinity of existing bus station. The proposal focuses mainly on the functional layout of internal multifunctional spaces. The emphasis is also put on the location of plot including the use of appropriate materials and volumes of mass in terms the connections to the surrounding historical buildings. It is also solved by technical and transport infrastructure and static traffic. The result of thesis is the proposal of completion vacant multifunctional object that will complement at least a small part in the past demolished part city of Stařečka. The quantity of diploma thesis is 74 pages.
