Ekologicko-faunistická charakteristika měkkýšů (Mollusca) břehových porostů soutoku Moravy a Desné

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo provést malakozoologický průzkum na území soutoku řek Moravy a Desné a následnou ekologicko-faunistickou charakteristiku daného místa. Zkoumané území se nacházelo na katastru obce Postřelmov v bývalém okrese Šumperk v nadmořské výšce asi 284 m. V první části práce byla provedena literární rešerše na dané téma a v druhé řadě charakteristika zkoumané lokality a v poslední části byl popsán malakozoologický výzkum. Ve zkoumaném území byly vymezeny jednotlivé čtyři vzorkovací plochy. Na těchto plochách byl prováděn ruční sběr suchozemských plžů. Celkem bylo zjištěno 17 druhů plžů z determinovaných 558 jedinců. Z hlediska stavu ohrožení podle IUCN, 2001 byly dva druhy ve zkoumaném území zařazeny do kategorie NT (téměř ohrožený druh) a to druhy: Faustina faustina (Rossmässler, 1835) a Perforatella bidentata (Gmelin, 1791), přičemž byly sesbírány pouze ulity těchto plžů.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to conduct research on mollusc confluence of the rivers Morava and Desna and subsequent eco-faunistic characteristics of the site. The investigated area is located in the village in the former Postrelmov Šumperk district at an altitude of about 284 m. The first part was conducted literature review on the subject and, secondly, characteristic of investigated sites in the last part was described mollusc research. In the surveyed areas have been identified four different sampling area. These areas were performed manually collecting land snails. Total found 17 kinds of snails shaped by 558 individuals. In terms of emergency under the IUCN 2001, two species in the region under study are classified as NT (near threatened species) and species: Faustina faustina (Rossmässler, 1835) and Perforatella bidentata (Gmelin, 1791), which were collected only the shell of gastropods.
