Studie revitalizace rekreačně-sportovního areálu Klimkovice, Havlíčkova ul.

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracovat návrh revitalizace sportovně – rekreačního areálu Klimkovice, Havlíčkova ul. Práce řeší celkem tři varianty návrhu areálu, kdy dvě varianty jsou pojaty koncepčně.Výsledkem bakalářské práce je propracovaný návrh rekreačně – sportovního areálu. Hlavním prvkem areálu je uměle vytvořené koupací jezírko a nový objekt, který slouží jako technické a hygienické zázemí pro provoz jezírka s restaurací. Návrh obsahuje řešení statické dopravy, návrh veřejné zeleně a orientační propočet nákladů na realizaci navrženého řešení.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to prepare a proposal project for the revitalization of the recreation – sport area Klimkovice, Havlíčkova street. The thesis presents three alternatives of the proposals of the area, whereas two alternatives have got a concept. The result of the bachelor thesis is a detailed pilot project of the recreation – sport area. A main feature of the area is an artificial lake and a new building which is used as a technical and hygienic background for the operation of the lake with a restaurant. The proposal contains a solution of the static transportation, design for the public green areas and a rough calculation of the costs needed for the realization of the given project.
