Abstract

HANTÁK, Tomáš. Bezpečnostní studie ohrožení budovy letiště uloženým NVS. Diplomová práce. Ostrava: VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství, 2017, Vedoucí práce: Ing. Stanislav Lichorobiec, Ph.D. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá riziky spojenými s ohrožením veřejně přístupné budovy letiště uloženým nástražným výbušným systémem. Práce obsahuje teorii nutnou pro pochopení problematiky výbušnin, jejich výbuchu a zneužití pro konstrukci nástražných výbušných systémů. Dále je zde provedena analýza účinků výbuchu různých typů a množství výbušnin na stavební konstrukce letiště. K provedení analýzy účinků výbuchu byla vytipována zranitelná místa, možný pachatel, způsob uložení a možné získání výbušnin v České republice. Následně je navržena řada preventivních opatření k minimalizaci rizika ohrožení budovy letiště uloženým nástražným výbušným systémem.

Stanislav Lichorobiec, Ph.D. The Diploma thesis is concerned with the risks regarding the endangering of improvised explosive devices in publicly accessible airport building. The thesis presents a theoretical base that is necessary for understanding explosives, explosion and misuse of explosives for the construction of improvised explosive systems. The analysis of the explosions effects on the airport building structure was performed, considering various types and quantity of explosives. In order to analyze the effects of an explosions, there were identified the vulnerable places prone to placement of the explosives, possible offender, the packing and the possible acquisition of explosives in Czech Republic. In the end of this thesis the set of preventive measures related to the endangering of improvised explosive devices in publicly accessible airport building is designed.
