Abstract
The objective of this thesis was to measure customer satisfaction in the market of kitchen appliances and marketing research company to propose measures that would lead to higher customer satisfaction and gain new customers. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts on this issue, as is the customer's expectations, customer value, satisfaction measurement, etc. In the analytical part of the research is conducted through a questionnaire survey. Measurement is applied to the company MORA MORAVIA, Ltd. is engaged in the research competition, in the form of promotion, satisfaction of certain factors and their importance through the eyes of customers.
