Ekonomika příměstské rekreační obce Těrlicko

Abstract

Diplomová práce charakterizuje správu a hospodaření příměstských rekreačních obcí na konkrétním příkladu obce Těrlicko. Teoreticko-metodologická část práce se zabývá obecním zřízením v České republice, specifikuje obecně rekreační obce a jejich správu a vysvětluje podstatu druhého bydlení včetně jeho vývoje od r. 1900 po současnost. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na problematiku správy a finančního hospodaření obce Těrlicko z hlediska rekreační funkce obce. Je zde použito metody komparace řešené obce s obcí Albrechtice za účelem ověření stanovených hypotéz. Výstupem jsou návrhy a doporučení ke zlepšení správy a ekonomiky obce i rekreačních obcí v ČR obecně.

The thesis characterizes the administration and management of recreational suburban municipalities on the specific example, the municipality of Těrlicko. The theoretical and methodological part deals with the municipality establishment in the Czech Republic, specifies, in general, the recreational municipaities and their administration and explains the nature of second housing including its development from 1900 to present. The practical part is focused on the issue of the administration and financial management of the municipality of Těrlicko in terms of recreational functions of the municipality. The comparison method used in this part compares the municipality of Těrlicko with the municipality of Albrechtice in order to verify the defined hypotheses. Output are suggestions and recommendations for improving the administration and the economy of the municipality of Těrlicko and recreational municipalities in the Czech Republic in general.
