Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku v dřevařském průmyslu

Abstract

This work describes the performance rating of Stora Enso Wood Product Ždírec s.r.o. using the traditional and modern performance indicators compared to the results achieved by chosen competitor and sector. Based on the detected insufficiencies, the concept of complex method Balanced Scorecard is suggested. In the theoretical part, the basic keywords regarding performance evaluation are explained and the particular evaluation methods are characterized. The obtained findings are then used in the practical part, which concentrates on application of chosen methods. In conclusion the financial and non-financial indicators are linked through the Balanced Scorecard method.
