Aspekty bezpečnostních požadavků při využívání hnědého uhlí v energetice

Abstract

The presented thesis deals with the problematic of requirements on safety at work and health protection during work on the premises of transportation, processing and further usage of lignite in the power plant Ledvice. In the first part, basic information on individual production equipment of the power plant is given and subsequently, assessment of the respective space, in which it is necessary to solve the risk of explosion of the coal dust. The second part brings the actual analysis and comparison of legislation concerning safety and health protection at work in the operation of the power plant to the mining legislation. Summary of the established facts from the preceding parts of the thesis is made at the end as well as proposal of procedure for correct specification of requirements on qualification of suppliers carrying out maintenance, repairs and other related works on the equipment of the power plant Ledvice.
