Abstract

The topic of my diploma thesis was to analyse the possibility of penetration of a concrete company to foreign markets. Turkish Republik and Spain were selected for analysis. The dissertation analyses the advantages and disadvantages of entering these markets for selected company and recomends to management the forms of entry to these markets. The analysis was performed for the company producing industrial valves.
