Abstract

These diploma thesis deals mainly about the reason, impacts and solution regarding the sudden failures on the horizontal drilling CNC machine WHN 13.8. A lot of the failures were serious, some of them were caused by wrong using of the machine or by wrong technological coordination of the production. There were also failures caused just by standard aging of the driling machine and some of the failures were caused by the electro service employees themselves. It means they attended to use wrong/different service steps for dedicated failure causas instead of the correct one. All of this is usualy leading to the unefective and expensive stops of the drilling machine WHN13.8. Diploma thesis is therefore by analysis and optimalization of the production steps solving up upper described discontinuities of production.
