Rekonstrukce městského úřadu

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zabýval rekonstrukcí původního stavu objektu městského úřadu z roku 1938 – a to jak z hlediska stavebně technologického, tak z hlediska vytápění a úspory energie. Komplexní výkresová dokumentace byla tvořena na základě provedených měření, původní dokumentace a konzultací přímo v objektu. V rámci rekonstrukce jsem se věnoval zejména zateplení obálky budovy, výměně prosklených ploch a dveří, dispoziční změně sociálních místností a v neposlední řadě také toaletou a výtahem s využitím pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. Hlavní část mé práce se ale zabývá primárně vytápěním, které jsem zpracoval ve dvou odlišných variantách. První varianta je zaměřena na návrh tradičních deskových otopných těles se zdrojem tepla v podobě plynového kondenzačního kotle s teplotním spádem 75/65 0C, sekundární varianta je řešena jako nízkoteplotní s teplotním spádem 40/30 0C, ve které je teplo zprostředkováno plošným podlahovým systémem Rehau s napojením na tepelné čerpadlo země-voda. Výsledkem mé práce je komplexní návrh vytápění s následnou komparací obou variant z hlediska spotřeby energie a finanční návratnosti.

In my dissertation I have occupied myself with reconstruction of the original condition of the object of the municipality from 1938 – and both from constructional technological standpoint and from standpoint of heating and power saving. Complex design documentation was modeled on the basis of performed measurement, original documentation and consultation in the examined object. Within the reconstruction I devoted especially to the thermal insulation of the building shell, exchange of glass surface and doors, layout of sanitary facilities and also toilet and elevator for physically handicapped.

The main part of my work deals primarily with heating which I have proposed in two different variations. First variation is focused on design of traditional panel heating units with the source of heat in the form of gas condensing boiler with the temperature drop 75/65 degrees Celsius, secondary variant is solved as a low-heat with temperature drop 40/30 degrees Celsius in which the heat is mediated by planar floor system Rehau with connection to heating pump ground-water. The result of my work is complex design of heating with the following comparison of both options from standpoint of energy consumption and financial return.
