Abstract
In my thesis I focused on a marketing analysis of chosen fitness centers in the city of Ostrava. The goal of this thesis was to use the methods of SWOT analysis, a survey and an interview to discover potential weaknesses in their marketing strategies. The following comparison of the results should assist in the elimination of said weaknesses. The final conclusions that I have made based on my research have been presented to the executive staff of the fitness centers.
