Nové směry v taxonomii bakteriálních mikroorganismů

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je přehled různých klasických i moderních metod, které se pouţívají při identifikaci mikroorganizmů. V úvodní části jsou popsány klasické metody pouţívající se při identifikaci mikroorganizmů. V druhé kapitole jsou popsány moderní metody identifikace mikroorganizmů na základě DNA. Experimentální část je zaměřena na ověření zařazení bakteriálních kmenů do rodových a druhových taxonomických kategorií podle dvou nezávislých fenotypizačních metod.

The aim of this thesis is an overview of various classical and modern methods used to identify microorganisms. The introductory section describes the conventional method using the identification of microorganisms. The second chapter describes the modern methods for the identification of microorganisms based on DNA. The experimental part is focused on verifying the classification of bacterial strains to the ancestral species and taxonomic categories according to two independent phenotyping methods.
