Analýza a vyhodnocení komunikace ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The aim of my diploma work is an analysis and evaluation of internal system of communication between employees in chosen organization, especially upward and downward communication, and chosen communication tools. To find out if employees have the needful information for their operation, if there is a feedback, what tools of internal communication they use, if there are problems or absence which decreases the efective communication. If so, the searching of suitable ways how to cut these problems down, eliminate and precede the creation of the others. From the results of questionary investigation arised that internal communication in sector of management of a company and properties in chosen organization it can be positively evaluated. Nevertheless attention should be paid to a little limitation, which were presented by this investigation. Emphasis should be paid to a functional feedback, through this a supervisor gets needful information, suggestions, opinion and ideas of his(her) junior. Further an attention should be paid to a well-timed, quality and amount of information.
