Abstract

This thesis deals with the operation of solar power plants and their operation. The introduction is devoted to basic concepts, the sun as a source of energy, its motion across the sky and the conditions in the country. The second part is devoted to PV systems, their principle of operation and equipment needed for operation. The third part then deals with issues of economic construction and operation of the plant. The last part is an analysis of measured data from real solar power.
