Mapování migračních překážek v zájmovém úseku řeky Ostravice

Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I am investigating migrational obstacles in one part of the river Ostravice, which is from 1.8 km to 4.7 km of the river. In the beginning of my thesis, I describe the river itself, as an important river for Ostrava. In the next step I have focused on water management objects, which were constructed on the river Ostravice. Then I describe types of fishways on the investigated part of the river and if there are any migrational barriers. From the flow rate data I have found out if they are migrationally crossable, alternatively what kind of fishways are there and if there are sufficient water levels. Final part is dedicated to the results of my work and to final evaluation of the throughput of the river Ostravice.
