Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to discover whether the data boxes bring benefits to entrepreneurs in any of its form or whether those bring any problems and extra financial expenses. It describes the core of data mailboxes functioning as for legal and user point of view; it is based on experience of Mosaic company. The main aim was to find out whether there are real savings having been declared at the beginning. It was discovered that in Mosaic company data mailboxes bring savings when it comes to both aspects, time and financial. According to the official data mailboxes website it is obvious that intensity of its using is increasing. It should also cause financial savings to public authorities due to recent change of the payment method for sent data messages.
