Hodnocení společenské odpovědnosti organizací ve firmě TROJEK a.s. metodou KORP

Abstract

In the thesis I deal with the issues of corporate social responsibility. In theoretical part I describe complex company integration. I also define corporate social responsibility and describe its history and pillars. I also focus on implementation of corporate social responsibility. Then I process in details the methods of evaluation of corporate social responsibility. In practical part I analyse and adjust questionnaires for „Cena hejtmana kraje za společenskou odpovědnost“ (The Regional Council President´s Award for Corpotate Social Responsibility). As the next step I realize evaluation of corporate social responsibility in the company TROJEK a.s. with current as well as adjusted questionnaires and suggest improvements for the company.
