Návrh a implementace open source BI řešení pro IT firmu

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to design and implement Business Intelligence solution for a company using Open Source tools. The solution focuses primarily on reporting. Technologies such as Java Highcharts, ETL, SQL and XML coding are used. The first part is devoted to theoretical bases of Business Intelligence and reporting. The practical part encompasses an analysis of Open Source BI tools suitable for the project. Subsequently, the best solution is implemented using the selected tools SpagoBI and Talend Open Studio. Whole procedure is also described in detail with practical examples. In conclusion, the summary of the work and knowledge gained by the solution are mentioned. The solution is fully functional and is operated on a customer's server.
