Plánování lidských zdrojů ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Presented bachelors thesis is focused on human source planning in manufacturing firms. Main goal of this thesis is definition of planning and planning methods used in this field. Basic notions and individual plans from field of personal planning are introduced in theoretic part. Practical part is focused on analysis of these methods, estimation demand forecast and human resources offer. These methods are then evaluated, compared and reviewed based on their applicability.
