Abstract
The theme of my thesis is called "Methods of inventory control in a manufacturing company." The aim of this work is to characterize the current methods for inventory management. Here I deal with breakdowns such as stocks, and their optimization. In my thesis I describe the advantages and limitations of selected methods and demonstrates their use with examples.
