Ekologicko-faunistická charakteristika vybraných čeledí brouků (Coleoptera) Prunéřovské výsypky

Abstract

The work is concerned with occurence of defined beetle families (Coleoptera) in the area of dump Prunéřov, near the city Kadaň on the north of the Czech Republic. The thesis are divided into two major parts: theoretical description and research. In the first chapter, general characteristics of studied beetle families are described. The manners of retrieving beetle pickups and their evaluation are in the next part. The dump has been repeatedly covered in by ash. Therefore deep research shows different beetle families, some of them are new ones, on the contrary some of them disappeared. The prominent family for this dry area is Cicindela campestris and C. hybrida . At the end of work, the studied area is described and photo-documentation is attached.
