Identifikace krizové zranitelnosti vybraného stavebního podniku

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze crisis vulnerability and identify crisis outbreaks in a selected construction company. Using various analyzes of the company's external and internal environment, the company's weaknesses and threats were revealed, among which crisis outbreaks were identified. Specifically, PEST analysis, Porter's analysis, 7S analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis were used. The severity of individual crisis outbreaks was determined using a crisis matrix. Recommendations were set for individual crisis outbreaks on how to work with them further.
