Abstract

The aim of this work is describe employment market and its aspects, mainly to analyze the situation of employment market in region of Zlín and also to familiarize with the functioning of employment policy in the region. The text outlines future progress and suggests restrictions which would lead to a long time positive change of employment market.

Bachelor´s thesis is divided in two parts. There are defined basic terms and theoretical findings referring to employment market issues in the theoretical part. The practical part is dealing with analyzing of unemployment and employment at employment market in the region of Zlín in the years 2009 and 2010. The practical part describes used passive and active policy of employment in the region of Zlín. At the close of the bachelor´s thesis are suggested precautions leading to positive change in the employment market in the region of Zlín.
